Top Ten Tuesday - Books That Will Make You Cry

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

This is my first time joining in on the fab weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish and I couldn't resist as I love creating lists!

This was a hard list to make as I always get absorbed into the world of what ever I am reading and the tears always flow!

Here's my top ten in no particular order :)

  1. Great list. I remember crying at A Walk to Remember the movie but not the book, I think it's because NS's always left the ending open and let you decide whether Jamie lived or died. The Half-Blood Prince made me cry so much at the end. Great picks! My TTT :)

  2. I don't recognize most of the books on your list, but there is one that elicited a VERY strong response: New Moon! It didn't make me cry, but man did it make me reconsider finishing the series, haha. I just hated Jacob and I missed Edward :(

  3. Harry Potter made my list. And I was trying to remember if I cried during the Twilight series - I'm sure I did (I cry at anything), but I can't really remember!

  4. This is bad, but none of these actually made me cry, eek. I mean, I get sad over them, but It takes a lot to get my crying in a book, Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson, Heart-Shaped Bruise by Tanya Byrne and the ever genius The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. In order, haha.

    1. I'm the opposite, I cry at most books! I have yet to read The Fault in Our Stars, but I will have a box of tissues prepared for all the crying I expect I will be doing!
